这里的 terms 不是“术语”，而是指条件、条款、要求。

term 的这个意思

terms = 条件 / 条款

尤其用于谈判、协议、交易。

例如：

你的条件是什么？

We agreed to the terms.
我们同意了这些条件。

I won't accept those terms.
我不会接受那些条件。

所以：

Those are my terms.

就是：

“这就是我的条件，能不能接受由你。”
